Welcome to www.patrol6.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Patrol 6, LLC ("Patrol 6," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including any services, content, or features made available through the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable rules, policies, and notices posted on the Site (collectively, the "Terms").

These Terms apply solely to your access to and use of the Site and do not replace, modify, or supersede any separate end user agreement, subscription agreement, order form, or hardware agreement entered into between you and Patrol 6.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. The terms "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using the Site.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Patrol 6 may update or modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

REFERENCES TO AI-ENABLED FEATURES

The Site may reference or describe artificial intelligence or machine learning–enabled features, capabilities, or functionality. Any such references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability, performance, accuracy, or results. Actual AI-enabled features, if any, are governed exclusively by applicable end user agreements, subscription terms, or order forms entered into with Patrol 6.

ACCESS TO THE SITE; ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Patrol 6 does not provide the equipment, devices, or internet connectivity required to access the Site. You are responsible for all third-party fees associated with accessing the Site.

Certain services or features may require account registration. Your registration for and use of any Patrol 6 account, software, hardware, or subscription services is governed by these Terms and any applicable end user agreement, order form, or supplemental terms provided by Patrol 6.

CHANGES TO THE SITE

Patrol 6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice. Patrol 6 will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

LIMITED LICENSE

Subject to these Terms, Patrol 6 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in support of your use or evaluation of Patrol 6 products and services. No other use of the Site is permitted.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

Any software, firmware, or applications made available through the Site are governed by the applicable license terms accompanying or referenced with such software.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Site. Except as expressly permitted by Patrol 6 in writing or by applicable law, you may not:

  • (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or resell any Site content;
  • (b) use automated tools (including bots or scrapers) to access the Site;
  • (c) rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer access to the Site;
  • (d) use the Site for unlawful, competitive, or unauthorized purposes;
  • (e) circumvent or disable security features;
  • (f) reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Site;
  • (g) interfere with the integrity or availability of the Site; or
  • (h) remove or alter proprietary notices.

OWNERSHIP

All right, title, and interest in and to the Site, Site content, and all trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by Patrol 6 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

Patrol 6's Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Site.

LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Patrol 6 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services and does not endorse them.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Patrol 6 may offer promotions subject to additional terms. Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility requirements and applicable laws.

FEEDBACK

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Patrol 6, you grant Patrol 6 a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PATROL 6 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATROL 6 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. PATROL 6'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patrol 6 and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

LEGAL NOTICES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Arizona.
